Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Although our delivery times are generally accurate, these are estimates and unforeseen delays may occur.

How does delivery work?

We offer same-day shipping on business days for orders placed before 9 p.m. CET. Please note that our team needs up to 72 hours to process and pack your order.

When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that our shipping partners may need 24-48 hours to update their system.

Delivery times

Due to high demand, estimated delivery times are listed under the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. See the image below for an example of where to find the delivery time for your product, as delivery times may vary by product. You can find this time on the product page.

European Union: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

All other regions: Orders are shipped from our international warehouse, depending on the region.
